The author of "The Last 10 Pounds" has decided to prove by example that the fat loss principles outlined in his eBook really work. Using the new blog at www.Last10Pounds.com , he is tracking his diet and workouts in detail on a daily basis for all to see.
(PRWEB) May 11, 2005 -- Vic Holtreman, author of "The Last 10 Pounds", has decided to put his reputation on the line by demonstrating in real time that his methods of losing those last few pounds of stubborn fat really work. Due to problems with his back, Vic's weight has crept back up to where it was at the point when he took the "before" picture for his eBook, but he's determined to get back to the sub-10% body fat level.
"I've been extremely frustrated by the fact that I haven't been able to exercise because of my bad back, but I've reached a point where I refuse to be a slave to my pain any longer. I thought that I could kill two birds with one stone by getting back in shape and proving that the principles in my eBook really work," Vic says. Have you learned how to eat the right foods or will you go back to eating the same foods that gained you the weight on Monday morning?"
Apparently he can talk the talk, but his website will show whether he can walk the walk and lose fat using his own methods.
So far his method seems to be working: In his first week of "The Last 10 Pounds" program he's lost almost two pounds of fat and a 1/4" off his waistline.
